Jho Low Is Confirmed As The Sole Shareholder Of Good Star - MAJOR EXCLUSIVE!

Low promotes himself as a philanthropist at the UN FoundationLow promotes himself as a philanthropist at the UN Foundation

Sarawak Report can reveal that documentation submitted to various international regulators has now confirmed that the sole shareholder of the Seychelles company Good Star Limited was indeed the Prime Minister’s official advisor at 1MDB, Jho Low.
It means that the London office of the company PetroSaudi International lied on several occasions, when it claimed that Good Star was one of its own subsidiaries, and that Sarawak Report along with other media have been entirely correct in asserting that Low was the owner of the company instead.

Jeffrey Kitingan writes..

THE National Security Council Bill 2015 (NSC) and the way it was bulldozed through Parliament is not only shocking and unacceptable but a sure-fire recipe for making Malaysia a police state and the foundation for a dictatorship.

The unwarranted NSC in granting sweeping powers to the Prime Minister will eventually kill off democracy and confirm Malaysia as a police state and open the floodgates for a dictatorship and failed statehood.

Orang Asal dip below poverty line, projects ‘failing’

KOTA  KINABALU: A lawyer who heads the PKR Kudat Division in the extreme north of Sabah has expressed alarm that more and more households in Banggi, Kudat and Pitas appear to have dipped below the poverty line despite the Sabah and Federal Government reportedly pumping billions into the areas. “The question is what happened to the billions spent in these areas. The onus is on the government to explain why poverty continues to plague the people.”
It would be better to hand out the estimated RM5 billion to RM10 billion directly to the affected households, said Rahimah Majid, so that the people could start various businesses on their own. “This would create business opportunities for others as well and jobs.”

Choose New Speaker on Merits Not Necessarily from Umno

Kota Kinabalu     “The Sabah Speaker plays a very important role under the Westminster system of government.  Its sudden vacancy offers an opportunity for the State Legislative Assembly to appoint the new Speaker based on merits and certain required criteria” said Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan, commenting on the availability of the post due to the not unexpected appointed of the previous Speaker as a federal Minister in the Cabinet reshuffle.

Malaysia’s mess is Mahathir-made

At least embattled Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak is right about one thing. The current mess in Malaysian politics is the making of his greatest nemesis, Mahathir Mohamad, who led the Southeast Asian nation with an iron fist from 1981–2003. What Najib fails to fathom is that Mahathir has not produced this mess by criticising his leadership, but by paving Najib’s path to power in the fashion he did during his decades in office. Mahathir may believe that he can end the crisis by bringing Najib down. But history should judge Mahathir himself as the author of a long national decline that has culminated in this latest crisis.

Why Continued Secrecy Over Double 6 Air-crash?

Kota Kinabalu:    “If the federal government has nothing to hide over the Double 6 air-crash that killed Tun Fuad Stephens and several of his Cabinet Ministers on 6th June 1976, then they should de-classify the air-crash investigations and publish the full report” said Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan, Chairman of STAR Sabah in a press statement released in conjunction with the 39th anniversary of the air-crash.

Sabah Solidarity Movement To Submit Memorandum To Parliament Speaker on Reforms on Sabah Constitutional Safeguards

Kota Kinabalu: “The Sabah Solidarity Movement (Gerakan Perpaduan Sabah - GPS) will submit a Memorandum to the Dewan Rakyat Speaker, Tan Sri Pandekar Amin, to incorporate restoration of the 1/3 veto power as Sabah and Sarawak constitutional safeguards in the proposed parliamentary reforms” said Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan, STAR Sabah Chief, in a press statement released today.

GPS had noted with sadness that although both BN and PR MPS have voiced support for Tan Sri Pandekar’s initiative for parliamentary reforms, none of their proposals had addressed the injustice faced by Sabah and Sarawak in the present Federal Parliament.

East Malaysians want their veto power restored

It’s a blessing in disguise that former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad publicly disclosed that Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia was unhappy in his job and had resigned. That has reminded Sabahans and Sarawakians once again that they are unhappy too with Parliament.

We now know the full story on the Speaker’s resignation, but let’s not get into the mini spat between Mahathir and Pandikar.

'TITANIC' NAJIB SINKS: Umno-BN 'rats' jump ship as tide swings to Dr M's favor

One thing that Prime Mnister Najib Abdul Razak has to take cognizance of is that he is now the captain of a very large ship known as UMNO Baru.
Almost all its passengers on board are the UMNO Baru elites who could no longer differentiate between land and sea after being on the oceanliner for so many years. How tragic as they cannot tell between right from wrong anymore!

Where corruption, incompetence and avarice are celebrated -Dr Azmi Sharom

azmi-sharomMaybe some of you have read the news of that couple videoed ….err…”doing it”, on the balcony of some high rise in Bangsar South (Kerinchi for us common folk).
Being the retiring type that I am, my first thoughts were, “I say, man…not shy ah? Broad daylight some more.”
I am sure there will be some on their moral high horse claiming that this is the end of civilisation as they know it. Such blatant shameless displays reflect a degenerate society on the brink of Armageddon.

GST kupon relod membodoh-bodohkan rakyat

How the Sultan of Brunei Violated His Sharia Law With Me

As a teenager, I was the mistress of his brother—who ‘gave’ me as a gift to the sultan. And in just one night, we committed at least two offenses under his newly implemented penal code.
On Tuesday, I was greeted by a familiar face when I read through the morning’s news: the sultan of Brunei. He looks older now than when I knew him, of course, his face doughier and more careworn.

Many Things Rotten in Sabah

Kota Kinabalu:    “If Marcellus of Shakespeare’s Hamlet was alive in Sabah today, he would have concluded that “Many things are rotten in the State of Sabah”.   Tun Dr. Mahathir should have extended his article “Something Wrong” in Malaysia to include “Many Things Rotten in Sabah” and his contributions in making them wrong” said Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan, STAR Sabah Chief, commenting on the former’s Premier’s post “Something Wrong” in his blog.
